Final Countdown

We’re putting the final touches on Salute 2011 and it’s been very exciting so far. Special thanks to “Dr” Bill and Cafe Zack for helping me put together the VIP pairing dinner for Friday night. It’s going to be an amazing evening of awesome food, delicious beer, and great conversation about all things beer. And then on Saturday we get to do it all over again at the Unlimited Tasting Session where you guys get to sample over 100 beers and food from more than 10 different restaurants.
